Cancellation policy

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. 

Booking fees paid for treatments are non-refundable or transferable UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. 

Booking fees are used upon booking to secure your appointment and are redeemable on treatment received on the day if you do not have treatment a $100 fee will be charged for your consultation.

We require at least 48 hour notice to be given for any appointment cancellation failure to do so will result in you deposit being forfeited. 

 

We provide medical treatments that have contraindications. Your treatment will be declined for the following:

- If you are under the age of 18

-If you are pregnant or breastfeeding

-If you are sick

-If you have a cold sore

-If treatment is not required

-If you have had prior treatment that is incorrectly placed or over filled

-If you are 15 mins late you will need to reschedule, deposits are non-refundable

DISCLAIMER: These treatments are not permanent, ongoing treatment is advised to maintain your result. Repeat seasons should be scheduled every 12 weeks. Warning: Individual results may vary. All invasive procedures carry risks which need to be discussed with your treating nurse, and post care needs to be adhered to for optimal results.
